Event Design:

  • Face to Face Meeting to discuss your vision for your event.

  • Up to 3 site visits to assist in venue
    choice and related décor.

  • Customized design of décor including, but not limited to, flowers, guest table decor, favors, other table décor including sign-in table, guest registry, buffet, gift tables, etc.

  • Recommendations for various vendors and sites to secure the best product and price available to implement plan

  • Creation of design for personal notes from you to your guests, menu, program, etc. including assistance with paper choices, fonts, embellishments, etc.

  • Floorplan for all aspects of the event
    (i.e.: ceremony, cocktail hour,
    reception, etc.) for optimal
    presentation for you and your guests

Event Sketch:

  • For the “Do It Yourself” Client - A 2 hour consultation with regard to design, rough vendor recommendations, etc. and a sketch for your layout.
